EDITORIAL EXPERIENCE

As a home and lifestyle editor, Mat was the creative director for MyDomaine, and market editor for design super-sites Domino and Apartment Therapy. He has produced and designed hundreds of editorials and frequently offers his expertise on TV, in print, and around the web.

 

PRODUCT DESIGN

Mat’s Studio M Lighting collection is a vintage-style line that blends classic forms with modern minimalism. His art collection with Wendover Art includes over 1,000 customizable works in photography, painting, and mixed media. These pieces are sought after in high-end residential and hospitality markets, and by major retailers like Anthropologie and Crate & Barrel.

On camera, Mat has starred in the business makeover show, Werrrk! (Mail Chimp Presents), Home Made Simple (OwnTV), Best Room Wins (Bravo), Working the Room (A&E), and currently contributes his bite sized design advice to Domino magazine’s social channels. His approachable style and ability to simplify design concepts have made him a trusted voice for design enthusiasts across platforms.
